SFS Constitutional Revisions 

As a result of changes in IRS regulations governing non-profit corporations, advice from our attorneys and in response to the Society’s Strategic Plan, a broad set of changes is being proposed to the Society’s Constitution and By-laws. Below is the rationale and the proposed changes, and the proposed strategy for discussing and voting on these changes at the upcoming annual meeting in May. These changes are being proposed to increase the transparency, accountability, and efficiency in conducting the business of our Society.
