Research Technician

Lake Superior State University's new Center for Freshwater Research and Education is seeking a full-time, permanent research technician position to assist with growing research programs in invasive species, Great Lakes ecology and restoration, fisheries management, and bioassessment. Candidates should have strong field and lab experience in fisheries and/or aquatic sciences, and preferably experience in macroinvertebrate and/or larval fish identification. Applicants with a relevant B.S. degree and experience will be considered, but a candidate with a M.S. degree and strong data analysis and writing skills is desired.
