2018 SFS Diversity Mixer!

The 2018 Society for Freshwater Science (SFS) conference will take place from May 20-24 in Detroit, MI. This is the first year that there will be an official diversity and inclusivity mixer in the program! This mixer will celebrate marginalized and underrepresented members of the society.

This year's mixer will be held in the COBO Center Atrium. The student-mentor mixer is designed to facilitate interactions between students and experienced professionals.

2018 SRC Workshop

We are partnering with the Belle Isle Conservatory to help remove trash from Belle Isle. Participants will travel via bus from the convention center to Belle Isle. We will collect trash for a few hours before taking a tour of the Belle Isle Aquarium. More details coming soon on bus and event locations and times.
