Update on Corona Virus and ASLO-SFS Annual Meeting

Dear members,

With the impacts of the coronavirus on conferences and travel in the news, we wanted to let you know that we are actively monitoring the situation in regards to the 2020 ASLO-SFS meeting in Madison, WI, June 7-12.  At this time, we are cautiously optimistic that the meeting will be minimally impacted and we encourage members to submit abstracts and register for the meeting as planned.  

The societies’ leaders will decide by early May whether there will be any modification to the Madison meeting plans. Updates will be posted on the meeting website going forward.  In the event of a cancellation, abstract and registration fees will be refunded.  We hope the best for your health and safety and look forward to seeing you soon.
