In Memorium: David Ernest Ruiter

Dave Ruiter passed away Thursday, February 4, 2021 at his home in Grants Pass, Oregon following an extended illness. He was born February 2, 1948 in Muskegon, Michigan to Ernest and Rhea Ruiter.
